Junior Varsity: 3^rd & 4^th Grade

Varsity : 5^th & 6^th Grade

Must attend or live in the Bloom Carroll School District.

Other Important Information

• Players need to attend sign ups to be fitted.
• Practice will begin August 2nd, 2010.
• Football players must bring copy of birth certificate
• Need Physician’s contact information
• Mail in registrations are accepted until June 12^th, 2010, must make arrangements to be fitted prior to June 19^th, 2009

*Football Equipment Provided* Helmet, shoulder pads, mouth guard, game pants and game shirt will be furnished.

Practice pants & shirt, thigh & knee pads, girdle & insert pads, rubber cleats.

*Cheerleader Equipment* *Provided*

Skirt, Shell, spankies, socks, shoes & hair bows will be provided.
