The
grounds
crews
work
very
hard to
have the
diamonds
ready to
go for
your
games.
It is
absolutely
essential
to have
good
communications
between
the
coaches
and home
diamond
scheduler
to
maintain
this
endeavor.
I need
your
help to
keep the
schedule
updated
and to
keep the
cost of
the
program
down,
(umpire cancellation and diamond prep).
Please
follow
this
procedure
for
canceling
games at
Roller,
Bloom Elementary, Legion and Carroll.
If you
or the
team you
are
playing
cancel
your
game,
you must
contact
Steve Meadow
at
steve@meadowscustomhomes.com
or
614-332-3339.
If
contacting
by
phone,
please
leave a
message
on my
voice
mail.
To
reschedule
a game
at
Roller,
Bloom
Elementary,
Legion
or
Carroll,
please
reference
the
website
and find
a
diamond
that is
open.
Verify
with the
other
coach
and then
contact
Steve
Meadows to
reserve
the
diamond.
Doing so
in a
timely
manner
will
assure a
prepped
diamond
and
official
(if
needed).
If you
would
like to
schedule
a
practice,
also
contact
Steve to
schedule.
Rescheduled
games
will
take
precedence
over
practices.
We
appreciate
your
