The BCYA is in need of a league commissioner for each of the 2011 seasons of Minor League Baseball and Pony League Baseball. (the Coach Pitch, T-Ball and Major League commissioners position has been filled) The commissioner can join the BCYA board of directors and be responsible for the overall season of the divisional league of tball, minor, major, or pony league levels.
